By accessing this website or purchasing the software you agree to these terms. If you are buying on behalf of a company or trust, you confirm you are authorised to bind that entity.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the software for your own property investing. You must not resell, sub-licence, share your login, reverse engineer, copy or redistribute the software or its underlying models. We retain all intellectual property rights in the software and its content.

The software is AUD $2,000 including GST for the August promotional period (regular price AUD $2,500). Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices are shown in Australian dollars and a tax invoice is issued on purchase. We may change pricing at any time, but changes do not affect purchases already completed.

If you are not happy with the software, email info@tayloredpropertywealth.com.au within 7 days of purchase and we will refund you in full. Refunds are returned to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days. Access to the software is withdrawn once a refund is issued.

Free trial access is provided at our discretion, may be limited in features or duration, and may be withdrawn or changed at any time. Trial details are sent to the email address you provide.

• →Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or interfere with the service.
• →Do not present outputs of the software as licensed financial, tax or credit advice to third parties.

We may suspend or terminate access for a serious or repeated breach of these terms.

The software is an educational modelling and projection tool. It is general information only and does not take into account your objectives, financial situation or needs, and it is not financial, tax, credit or legal advice. See our Disclaimer for full detail.

We aim to keep the software available and up to date, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, improve or change features over time.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Where we are permitted to limit our liability, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for the software. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or investment losses arising from decisions you make using the software.

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the state in which Taylored Property Wealth operates.
